The service and its provider

pamti.me helps families and people planning ahead preserve memories through messages, photographs and recordings. These terms cover the platform’s public website and the use of individual sites it maintains.

The service is provided by Millians Solutions S.L., a company based in Spain. Contact support@pamti.me for questions, support and legal requests.

The free core service

The core service is free forever: creating and hosting a standard site at an address under pamti.me requires no subscription or mandatory fee.

We may offer optional paid additions in the future, such as custom domains or AI integrations. Their prices, terms and any additional data processing will be explained before you choose them. Introducing these additions does not turn the core service into a paid service.

Your content and other people’s rights

Copyright and other rights in messages, photographs and recordings remain with their rights holders. You grant us only a non-exclusive permission to store, technically process and display the content to provide the service, in accordance with its chosen visibility. We acquire no right to sell it or use it for advertising.

Anyone uploading content must have the right to publish it and an appropriate legal basis for personal data about living people. Take particular care with consent, children, sensitive information and the dignity of the person remembered. Do not publish unlawful content, private information without a legal basis or material that infringes others’ rights.

Access, safety and removal

Keep sign-in details secure and share administrator access only with authorised people. Others may view, copy or index publicly published content; a site address alone is not access protection.

You can request site closure, a copy of your content or deletion at support@pamti.me. We check identity and authority before acting. To report unlawful content or an infringement, include the page address and an explanation.

We may restrict access or remove content when necessary for legal, rights-protection or security reasons. Where possible, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.

Hosting and continuity

We use Cloudflare infrastructure and select European storage locations where available. Cloudflare operates a global network, so we do not guarantee that every processing operation, network request or technical record stays exclusively in Europe. The Privacy Policy explains this further.

Free forever means we will not introduce a charge for the core service; it is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or the unlimited survival of the company or infrastructure. Maintenance, failures and circumstances beyond our control may interrupt access. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will give advance notice where possible and provide an opportunity to retrieve content. Keep your own copies too.

We act with care but cannot promise absolute security or freedom from data loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

Applicable law and changes

Spanish law applies to the service, without taking away mandatory rights and protections under the law of your country, including consumer rights. These terms do not impose exclusive Spanish court jurisdiction where the law entitles you to another competent court.

We will give advance notice of material changes where possible. Changes do not remove the commitment to a free core service. Last updated: 11 October 2026.
