Privacy
This site’s data, publication responsibilities and your rights.
Millians Solutions S.L., trading as PamtiMe (“we”, “us”, or “our”), is responsible for the personal information it processes as described in this policy. This policy explains how we handle your information when you use our website and the individual sites we maintain.
Our company details and registered address are in the Imprint.
For content published on this site by a family or another person, they decide its purpose and publication, while the company processes it under their instructions where applicable. The roles and your rights are explained below.
Responsibility and contact
For an individual site’s content, the person or family managing it decides its purpose and publication; the company stores and processes that content to provide the service under their instructions. Where applicable, these are the controller and processor roles under the GDPR. The company acts as controller for its own operational and security processing.
Millians Solutions S.L., a company based in Spain, is responsible for enquiries, support and the data needed to operate the pamti.me service. Privacy contact: support@pamti.me.
Data and purposes
Sites store uploaded messages, names, dates, photographs and recordings, file metadata and authorised editors’ account details. Content can contain information about living people even when the site remembers someone who has died.
Servers and Cloudflare process technical information such as IP addresses, requests and device information to deliver pages, prevent abuse and diagnose faults. This is not behavioural tracking for advertising.
Legal bases
We handle service requests and provide the agreed service on the basis of steps you request before a contract or performance of a contract. For service protection and abuse prevention, we rely on our legitimate interest in secure operation, with respect for your rights; legally required records are processed to meet legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
The person managing an individual site must establish an appropriate basis for the personal data they publish and obtain consent where needed. Uploading content is not consent from everyone depicted in it.
No tracking or sale
We do not track visitors for marketing, use third-party visitor-tracking analytics or sell personal data or content. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Administrator sign-in may use necessary session and security cookies.
We process data only for the service, support, security and legal obligations. Future AI or other additional integrations will be explained separately before activation; this policy does not give blanket permission to send content to AI providers or train their models.
Cloudflare, Europe and recipients
Data and sites use Cloudflare infrastructure. We select European storage locations where available. A location preference is not a guaranteed jurisdiction: Cloudflare’s global network, technical records and processing by Cloudflare and its subprocessors may involve locations outside the European Economic Area. We cannot give an absolute guarantee of Europe-only processing.
Cross-border processing must use appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required. Ask support@pamti.me for information about recipients and applicable safeguards. Infrastructure limitations do not remove our data-protection obligations.
Access is limited to authorised editors and staff who need it for support and operation, and infrastructure and email providers. We may disclose data to competent authorities when legally required. Publicly published content is available to visitors and may be copied or indexed by third parties.
Retention, deletion and security
We keep content while a site is active or until deletion is requested. We retain enquiries and support information as needed to respond and resolve the matter, and accounts and technical records as needed for operation, security and legal obligations.
After an authorised request, we remove data from active storage. Copies in backups and technical records may remain until their retention cycle expires; information needed for a legal obligation or claim may be kept longer. Deletion from our systems does not remove copies others have already made of public pages.
We apply protective measures and restrict access, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sending unnecessary personal data and choose carefully what you publish.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. These rights depend on the legal basis and circumstances. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated processing.
Write to support@pamti.me with the site address and a description of your request; you can also contact the person managing the site about its content. We may ask for proportionate identity verification. We respond to GDPR requests without undue delay, normally within one month; we will explain any legally permitted extension and its reason.
You can complain to Spain’s data-protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es) or another competent data-protection authority, including the authority in your country of residence where applicable. Last updated: 11 October 2026.
